The very high hike

The Salkantay trek was am experience I will not forget.

I saw beautiful landscapes and got to experience a little bit of the Andean lifestyle that I otherwise would not have been able to do so. Peru is a beautiful country and the Salkantay a trek is definitely one of the best options to see its beauty. Also, the staff was excellent. Our tour guide was more than excellent and demonstrated great enthusiasm and passion for his job.

As an added bonus, the food was delicious and provided more than enough fuel to keep us going. I strongly recommend this trek as an option when visiting Peru.
