My husband asked would you like to see Machu Picchu?. I said "of course", sign me up ! " Somewhere between booking the Reservations and 3 weeks before the trip it hit me that we were going to actually hike the Trail over a four day excursión.

I was nowhere as prepared mentally or physically as I would have like to have been. Day one was hard, day 2 was a beast!.

Day 3 left my entire body screaming, but day 4 saw the payoff. Between the "Inca Flats" and "killer steps" I am glad I said yes to my Inca Crazy adventure.
