Our 4 day Inca Trek to Machu Pichu was a tough but fun and rewarding adventure - we loved it.

The trek took us up mountain peaks of over 4000 meters, through Jungle paths and past Inca ruins in a constantly changing landscape and scenery. The highlight for me was reaching the sun gate early on the morning of the 4th day - the view of Machu Pichu was amazing and all the sore muscles of the previous few days disappeared. Of course, all of this could not have been possible without our guide, chef and team of porters. Our guide Ronny was great. He gave good insight into each historical site and the landscapes around us.

The chef prepared outstanding food throughout and made sure we were well fueled for our challenges ahead. The porters despite carrying our whole campsite and supplies up and down the mountain were friendly and hospitable always making sure we were confortable.

If you're up for the challenge and want to do the Inca Trail I would definitely recommend Inca Trail Reservations .

Thanks guys!.
