Chat on WhatsAppWe had an amazing ten days in Peru and had so much fun in Lima, Cusco and on the trail. Our trip was amazingly well organized every step of the way. Our coordinator, Fanny, was fantastic about keeping us informed of all of our options and required steps. As soon as we landed in Lima every step was thoughtfully taken care of. We had a great driver waiting for us at the airport and loved our hotel in Lima. We had a great time walking around the city and wish we had more time there.
We had a great flight to Cusco and loved the city the second we landed. We immediately started exploring the city on our own and then had a fantastic time taking the City and Sacred Valley tours. We also got to meet our fantastic guide, Carlos, and he gave a great overview of our upcoming trek.
The trek was the highlight of the trip and was one of the best few days I can remember. Carlos is a fantastic guide, motivator and source of knowledge. While hiking through breathtaking and challenging terrain, all of our needs were taken care of and we felt safe and cared for the whole time. The scenery and views were simply indescribable. Everyone should go out of their way to experience the Sacred Valley first hand.
Finally, we were constantly in awe of the quality and coordination of the dozens of people who cared for us on the trip. We had a great driver in Lima and Cusco who took us to and from the airports. We had very helpful hotel staff at each place we stayed. We had countless van and bus drivers who took us along amazing roads. We had a top notch horseman who seamlessly transported our entire campsite to each location. We had two amazing cooks who impressed us with multiple courses at each meal. Carlos was just perfect.
Also, we had the pleasure of sharing our trek with 7 amazing new friends that made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. I would recommend this exact tour to anyone. Thank you for this experience.
