The Inca Trail is one of the best experinces of my life. It was challenging enough to feel as though you earnt Machu Picchu at the end, but not so challenging that i ever felt like I was having a bad time.

From the first meeting to the last day, our guide, Juan Carlos, was friendly, happy, insightful and funny. He let us trek at our own pace when we needed and when there was stories to be told he was interesting and engaging. The trek itself was made easier with the help of the wonderful porters who were always happy and attentive to our needed.

I definitely recomend this trip, and if Juan Carlos is with you, you are very lucky.
