This trek was the most challenging and rewarding adventure I\’ve ever done. Paul was very personable and made the entire trip fun and informative. He is a wealth of knowledge on everything we encountered along the trek. We learned about the ancient Inca culture and how they lived and survived in the mountains, hillsides and jungle. Marco was a great help along the trails and in camp and helped us with anything we needed. He went above and beyond helping carry bags of people who were tired and at one point making a rock bridge for us to cross a fast running creek. One of the best things about the trip was the food. The cooks always had hot meals waiting for us at every stop and the portions were more than enough. I would recommend this trek and Inca Trail Reservations to anyone who is looking for the adventure of a lifetime.
