I greatly enjoyed walking the Inca Trail via Inca Trail Reservations . We had a very nice guide, his name is Juan Carlos. He is taking all the time to explain about Inca history and every other question we had. We had a fun group of people and were assisted by nice porters. Adrian was the oldest porter of 60+, great respect for him as he was so fast walking the trail in front of us and assisted to build up the camp before we were there. All was ready when we arrived and were welcomed with (hot) drinks and popcorn and other nice snacks.
Equipment we hired was of good quality and made it easy to do the trail.
We had very nice views during the trail and ofcourse Machu Pichu was the cherry on the pie. I would highly recommend the trail, it is expensive but definitely worth it! Cheers, Jeroen.
