Great trek, Great company

I had an awesome time hiking the Salkantay trek. It was a serious physical challenge with unbelievable landscapes. Carlos is the man. He combines a youthful enthusiasm with the knowledge and competence of a seasoned trek leader. All of the other staff was great. From Marco to the cooks to the horsemen, it is a well run company. I would recommend that potential participants bring altitude medication along with cipro for stomach issues. The trek was arguably the most memorable experience I have had in the recent past. I highly recommend the company to anyone that wants to see Machu Picchu. Many thanks to all that made it possible.
