Happy birthday to me

We are not yet at Machu Picchu but this is our last night as a group (that's the rub of a 5d/4n trip). The trip so far has been incredible, being able to trek through just some of the environments that Peru has to offer has been an invigorating experience. Peru is beautiful and the scale of its environments is mind bending.

Victor is a great guide and went out of his way to make our group special. In particular, I happened to be spending my birthday on the trip and Victor and the team baked me a birthday cake in the middle of the rainforest. It was already going to be a great birthday, but the team made it even better.

Our fellow travelers were a pleasure to trek with and I would recommend this to my friends without hesitation.
