The Inca Trail was a truly incredible experience. Our tour guide was extremely enthusiastic, knowledgable and fun. The walk itself whilst challenging at times was very rewarding and a once in a life time experience. The views were stunning and the sense of accomplishment upon finishing the trail and reaching Machu Picchu was overwhelming. The tour of the Inca ruins over the first three days were a good taste to what we would eventually see on the last day of our trek. A big thank you to our fantastic guide Raul as well as our porters who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and share this wonderful experience with. I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. I feel very lucky to have made the friendships I did within my group as well as that of groups we camped near and walked with along the way. The food was amazing and being woken with a warm cup of tea every morning was great. I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic this experience was. If in Peru, it is an absolute must. Thank you again Inca Trail Reservations for a trip I will remember for ever.
