Chat on WhatsAppThe Inca Trail was one of the best treks I have done so far and undertaking it with Inca Trail Reservations made the experience all that more special. Seeing Macchu Picchu at the end of four days of walking and three nights of camping definitely made seeing one of the seven wonders of the world a unique and even more special experience. We had an amazing team behind us with an enthusiastic, happy, motivating and informative guide, and some of the most awe inspiring porters one can see. The team worked tirelessly to insure we had a great experience, not to mention i had the best food during the trail i have had in the whole of Peru. It was like experiencing the greatness of Peru in one trip, food, culture and history.
The trail itself on a whole was not unmanageable however day two was grueling, although seeing the views that you do during the walks made you quickly forget the pain of climbing Inca steps. Not to mention arriving at amazingly situated campsites with your tents pitched and a drink waiting for you, with the smell of dinner already being cooked making it all worthwhile.
My friends and I had a great time on the Inca Trail thanks to Inca trail reservations. It is an experience I will never forget.
