Cannot recommend this company enough! To see first hand the work they put in to make your trip special is beyond belief. For 4 days your only worries are what photos to take, while they worry about the rest. The porters are some of the hardest working people you can meet, and they remain gentleman throughout. Including your wake up call with a hot tea at 5 am. And the chef!!! Words can't begin to describe the food he can put together, in a tent, at the top of a mountain, after hiking the trail himself carrying supplies.
He applied his trade in Cusco for 10 year before cooking exceptional food along the inca trail. And finally the guides. You can understand the history and culture of the incas so much more when then guides have so much pride in their country and history as inca trail reservations guides do. They kept morale and camaraderie high the whole time amongst a group of strangers. Age or fitness is no matter when you have guides like these walking along side you, give you motivation and confidence through out.
As well as bucket loads of humour. Not an hour went by without us laughing away with the guides and their jokes, can't recommend this company enough!.
