Our guide Ronnie was wonderful. His knowledge of the natural features that we witnessed was astounding. His professionalism and motivational attitude helped make us all more confident in our efforts to reach our goal. Every time we found ourselves near Ronnie one the trail we were learning more and more about the animals, plants and geography of Peru. It was a challenging trek both physically and mentally (exactly what we wanted). We met new friends from all over the globe and learned all about their cultures and the cultures of Peru.
If I could change one thing, it would be the length of time we spent in Peru. We would have loved to stay longer in this culture rich haven for adventurers.
