The trip was great. The walk is straight forward for a healthy person, but the scenery and altitude will take your breath away. You will stumble across 600 year old ruins and learn bits of history not widely taught in european (UK) schools. The scenery is comparable with halong bay in Vietnam and must be seen to be believed. The campsites were clean and comfortable. You may have to work on your squatting muscels as not everything is “western” I can’t recomend our guides Edwin and Marco enough who made the trek fun yet challenging, while the administración and organisation was seemless.
