MY TOUR GUIDE FOR THE 4 DAY-3 NIGHT INCA TRAIL TREK WAS PAUL. I DID THE HIKE AT THE BEGINNING OF JULY IN THE DRY SEASON.
THE TRAIL WAS NO JOKE. I AM IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE AND MY LEGS WERE DEAD BY THE END. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAINING OF SOME KIND BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO DO THE HIKE. MAKE SURE TO BRING WARM CLOTHING AND A LOT OF SUN SCREEN AS WELL.
ON THE OTHER HAND, IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH. IT WAS SO CRAZY TO SEE THE LANDSCAPE CHANGE OVER THE COURSE OF THE TREK. PAUL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE PLANTS AND AMIMALS IN EACH ENVIRONMENT AND GAVE US HISTORY LESSONS ABOUT THE INCAS ALONG THE WAY.
BOOKING WITH Inca Trail Reservations WAS A VERY EASY PROCESS AND THEIR RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS WAS QUICK THROUGHOUT THE PREPARATION PROCESS.
