Salkantay adventure

Salkantay trek was one of the best experiences in my life. When I decided to go to Machu Picchu, my first choice was the Inca Trail , but since the tickets were sold out, we decided for one of the alternative trek. But I need to say that it was a great choice! I cannot compare, but in this trek we spent all day in nature.

The camps were great, the second day we could take a hot shower! The tents were comfortable and clean. The cooks were excellent, the food was so great, I never expected to eat such food in the trek. Our guide Carlos was great. And the bath in Santa Teresa in the 3th day was just what we needed after 3 days in the trek. I would recommend it !
