I walked the Salkantay and have to say that is a great trek with a lot of breathtaking sights (sometimes literally).
Walking in so many places (mountains, forest, rivers, open fields, old paths...) just in so few days was wonderful and defiant. Some moments we can fell ourselves in other world, with different people from everywhere.
During the journey we have the opportunity to try different kinds of foods and beverages, thanks to the cuisine chefs.
At the end we see how the trek was awesome, and had his particular advantages in comparison with the Camino Inca.
I'd like to thank our guide Carlos "el Rey" for his support.
