I had an absolute blast on the Salkantay trek. My friend and I did the 4d/3n trek and had fun every step of the way. The food was incredible at every meal and there was always more than enough. Gear was good quality although they don’t provide sleeping bags. Don’t pay the extra fee of $25 and just rent one for cheap in Cusco. Henry the guide was great and we had a ton of fun with him. He always looked after us and we never felt lost at all on the trail. Gorgeous countryside and really cool moving from the glaciers to the cloud forest. Definitely would suggest this trip to anyone.
