Trek to Machu Picchu

We took the Inca Trail Reservations tour. The day before the trip we had a briefing at their office. Next day our adventure started. We were picked up by Hilton from our hotel. After the bus drive we arrived at the 82 km point. The guidance was very good. The guides spoke English pretty well.

Food on the way was very good. The sleeping mats were a bit thin though. Edson provided us with enough information about the Inca sites. He had enough humor, but also maintained a certain level of awareness for the dangers on the trail.

The rest of the experience is something I leave for you to find out. A must see in Peru. Recommended !
