Trektastic

Absolutely amazing experience :) Our tour guide, Lizandro, was so patient, informative and a super star from start to finish. The rain didn't ruin the experience one bit. We were prepared with ponchos but even if we didn't have them, Lizandro had spare for everyone.

Our packed lunch, which we received in the morning, was excellent. Much better than I'd have expected. Full of energy foods and a tasty sandwich for lunch. The day of our trek there were strikes. Inca Trail Reservations informed us very early on of the changes to our pick up time and were very well organized to ensure we got to 104 km on time.

All in all a fantastic time was had by all. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Machu Picchu.
