Ich wusste ja gar nicht, wieviel ich an einem Tag wandern kann. Jetzt weiß ich es! Nach einem Aufwärmtag mit einer eiskalten Nacht zwischen Gipfeln, Pferden und anderen Wanderern, hoch auf 4630 Meter hochgewandert zum Fuß des Salkankay: Eine unbeschreibliche Erfahrung! Völlig fertig aber glücklich, außer Atem und erschöpft steht man vor diesem riesigen Berg und ist einfach nur glücklich!
Ohne einen Vergleich zu haben, kann ich den Salkantay Trek sehr empfehlen. Wir haben die 5-Tage/4-Naechte-Variante gewaehlt. Der erste Tag, die Wanderung nach Soraypampa, war sehr entspannt und belohnte uns mit toller Aussicht und einem rau-unwirklichen Campingplatz.

Bellissima avventura in mezzo alla natura incontaminata! Molto dura, in particolar modo il secondo giorno, il che però rende il tutto molto più gratificante. I panorami sono davvero mozzafiato e lasciano senza parole.
La partr che ho preferito è senza alcun dubbio quella del secondo giorno dove abbiamo scalato il monte Salkantay, arrivando ad un'altitudine di addirittura 4650 metri.
